BEAUTY CURATED POLICIES/COVID-19 POLICY

LASH INTEGRITY - Your natural lash health is our top priority! This means we will only place extensions that are at the appropriate weight and length for your natural lashes. This starts with education. We believe in being transparent with you and your desired lash look. We will always keep the health of your natural lashes in mind, which means that sometimes we have to choose between long or full, short and dense, etc. Long AND full is just not everyone’s reality :) Please respect this as the artists at Beauty Curated are trained and certified professionals.

BOOKING - Sometimes same day appointments are available, but often times plan on booking days in advance as we book up quickly. We do require a $50 non-refundable deposit that goes directly towards your service for first time clients. In the chance of a no show, you will be charged 100% for the service, with the potential to not rebook. Please respect this policy as appointments are time sensitive and your artist will be waiting for you and we book by appointment only.

CANCELLATIONS - We send out a friendly reminder the day before your appointment. Please confirm at time of the text received. If fail to give 24 hour notice of a cancellation or appointment change, you will be charged 50% of the service. If cancel the day of you will also be charged.

LAST MINUTE SERVICE CHANGE - If you need to change your service to a different one, such as a removal, we require 24 hours notice or you will still be charged for your existing service! If you buy 2 hours of my time you have to pay for 2 hours :) If you’d like to change from a regular fill to an extended fill please let as soon within 24 hours to see if this is possible as fill are based off of time.

LATE ARRIVALS - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and charged 50% of the service. NO EXCEPTIONS. Services are very time sensitive so we need all the time together to make sure your lashes are full and achieve your desired look. If you are 15 minutes late and would like to still have us work on you, we will not go over into our next appointment. For example, if your appointment is 1 hour long, that leaves us 45 minutes to lash you. We will not be held responsible for not having every lash lashed when you arrived late. Please respect our time as we respect yours.

VISITORS - COVID-19 does not allow any guests or pets to appointments.
Visitors will not be allowed into the building.

LASH CLEANSING REQUIREMENT - Lashes must be washed prior to arrival of appointment. Lashes will not bond to dirty lashes so please keep that in mind and try to keep them squeaky clean. They will end up falling off the very next day, or they will fall right back off as we are applying them and will make your fill impossible. Keeping your lashes will also help with retention and make your lashes last much longer.

  • Please clean off all oils and make up from these areas: Top and bottom of lash line, eyelid, under eyes and temples.

  • A lash bath service is now offered going into 2022 for $5 - we would be happy to cleanse your eye area to insure optimal bonding!

JUST SAY NO - NO GUM. NO CAFFEINE. NO PHONE CALLS. Caffeine causes fluttery eyes and makes lashing not only difficult, but sometimes impossible! Please put your phones on silent as well, you will NOT be able to open your eyes once the service has started.

TIME - Full Sets, make sure you can lay VERY STILL for extended lengths without issue. Moving around as soon as you feel me not touching your face is not good. I work off of area surrounding your head. Too much movement may prevent me from being able to lash. Remember to eat (you will get hungry), use the restroom prior to service and bring something warm! Sleeping and snoring are always welcome!

COVID-19 POLICIES

COVID-19 liability forms will be distributed by service providers and must be completed by clients before receiving scheduled services.

Clients must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving at the studio. If you are beginning to feel ill, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. If you have been around anyone with COVID-19 symptoms or have traveled out of the country in the past 14 days, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

ANY CLIENT SHOWING SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS WILL BE DENIED SERVICE AND SENT HOME. THIS WILL BE CONSIDERED A LATE CANCELLATION.

Clients will not bring any other guests with them (this applies to family members and children).

Clients must be prepared to wait in their vehicle or outside of the business and will contact the studio via text, that they have arrived at the shop for their appointment. Your provider will come and greet you at the door, and walk you back to their treatment room.

Clients will put on a facemask prior to leaving their vehicle before entering the facility. The mask will be worn at all times or service will be cancelled.

Upon shop entrance, clients will use hand sanitizer and have their temperature taken.

Beauty Curated will require no talking once the procedure has started because of our close proximity to your face. Movement also pushes the eyepads around - we may tape the mask down. I know we’ll want to catch up like we normally do and then settle in. But it’s COVID, Please keep all talking to a minimum during service. Please bring your own headphones and have something cued up and ready to listen to to make time go faster.

Blankets will temporarily not be provided so be sure to dress warm and bring a blanket if you run cold.

We will be waiving all last minute cancellations due to illness, please keep in mind that you will be on a COVID-19 quarantine from any services for 14 days. A negative Covid-19 test will need to be submitted in order to rebook.
During this time a Full Set will most likely need to be applied.
