EYELASH EXTENSION AFTERCARE

Avoid water, heat, steam, sauna’s, or excessive sweating for 24-48 hours after getting a full set and fill.

Wash your lashes daily after 48 hours. Use our signature lash wash or a mixture of baby shampoo and water so dirt, dead skin cells and oil don’t accumulate. Not cleansing your lashes will cause poor retention and premature shedding of your natural lashes.

Avoid sleeping on your lashes. We recommend sleeping on your back, if possible. If you’re a side sleeper try to prop your pillow back so your not compromising your extensions. Sleeping on one side may cause one side of your eyes to lose lashes sooner.

We all love our facials, but we would recommend getting your facials a day or two before you plan on getting a fill or full set of lashes. We recommend Olivia from Liv Radiant. Olivia is our trusted licensed skin care professional who knows how to work around eyelash extensions to ensure the best retention and care when it comes to your lashes! Try to avoid direct heat on your lashes. Examples: blow drying your hair, ovens, bbq’s, pots of boiling water, bon fires, smoking, saunas, etc. - your lashes are flammable so proceed with caution when getting your lashes close to these objects. If you burn your lashes a removal and full set will be required.

When getting your lashes wet in the shower or after cleansing, gently pat your eyelashes dry. Do not blow dry them or rub them vigorously. Let them air dry and then take your lash wand and gently brush through them.

Use a water based makeup remover (micellar water) to remove any makeup. Never use oil based or waterproof products, as oil can weaken the adhesive and cause your extensions to fall prematurely.

Gently brush your lashes 1-2 times daily to maintain the appearance.

Please do not rub, pick or pull at your lashes. Aside from the natural lash loss of 1-5 lashes per day, we recommend you do not attempt to remove your extensions yourself as you risk removing your natural lashes in the process.
